Stevens and Beckett rejoin on loan
Dewsbury Rams have taken Robson Stevens and Jimmy Beckett back on loan until the end of the season. Young prop forward Stevens has already played 3 times for the Rams this season, but was then recalled by Huddersfield Giants. He made his first team debut in July against Wigan Warriors. Lee Greenwood is pleased to welcome Robson back to the club. “Robson was improving with each game in his previous spell with us and was rewarded with a couple of Super League appearances. Dean joins on loan from Warrington
Riley Dean has joined Dewsbury on loan until the end of the season. The 20-year-old half back made his Warrington first team debut in 2019 against St. Helens after impressing in the academy. Standing at just over 6ft tall Dean has played on loan at York City Knights and has also been named in the provisional Ireland squad for the World Cup. Toulouse Away Fixture Cancelled
Toulouse Olympique’s home fixture with Dewsbury Rams, scheduled for Saturday 24 July, has been cancelled. France remains on the UK Government’s updated ‘amber list’ announced last week, which means that anyone returning from France has to isolate for at least five days on their return. In line with the RFL Board’s previous decision, part-time teams are therefore not required to play in France due to the impact on their jobs outside of rugby league. The fixture cannot be rearranged as there are no available slot in the season. Toulouse have yet to play at home in 2021. The club continues […]

Lee Greenwood spoke to the Rams media team after a hard fought draw against Sheffield Eagles. A cliche Lee, but that seemed like a game of two halves. A good performance in the first half and under the pump the second. “The scoreboard may have looked like that, but our performance was probably the same throughout the game. We spent a lot of the game in our own half and Sheffield were down our end most of it. We were making errors coming out of our half and they were making errors going towards our posts. Dale Ferguson joins on loan
Dewsbury Rams are excited to have signed experienced second-Row forward Dale Ferguson on loan until the end of the season. He joins on loan from Featherstone Rovers, but has played for many clubs throughout his career including Wakefield Trinity, Huddersfield Giants and Bradford Bulls. He has also represented Scotland 13 times. Lee Greenwood knows Dale’s experience will be invaluable: “Following on from signing Riley Dean last week, Dale gives another huge boost.
