Purchasing Tickets

How are Tickets purchased and distributed to Home & Away Disabled Supporters?

Tickets can be purchased directly from the Dewsbury Rams through our online ticket portal or on the day of the game with cash at the turnstiles or by card in Club Office.

Accessible Parking

How many Accessible Parking Spaces are available for Home and Away Supporters?

Six Wheelchair spaces are located directly outside the North Stand. There is a provision for additional parking adjacent to the North Stand that can be specifically allocated for Blue Badge Parking.

Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the proximity of the parking area to the accessible seating area?

North Stand: 50-100m max plus use of the lift.

South Stand: Drop Off recommended and car park is approximately 150m from Drop Off. 

What is the policy for allocation of parking spaces for Home and Away supporters?

Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Accessible Seating

How many Wheelchair spaces do you have for Home and Away supporters?

We have five high-level disabled viewing spaces, eight pitch side under cover and up to 50 pitch side in an uncovered area specifically reserves for wheelchair users and their assistants/carers etc. First come basis.

What are the location of Wheelchair spaces for Home and Away supporters?

There are five high-level disabled viewing spaces in the North Stand. Eight pitch-side South Stand undercover and up to 50 pitch side in an uncovered area specifically reserved for Wheelchair users and their Assistants/Carers etc.

What is the policy for allocation of Accessible Seating for Home and Away supporters?

We operate a first come, first serve policy to five equal opportunities to all.

What is the location of the Carer seats?

Adjacent or behind.

What is the location of the ambulant disabled seating?

In the North Stand there are no specific seats allocated.

Which boxes and hospitality areas are accessible to disabled supporters?

All hospitality areas are accessible.

What is the location and proximity of accessible toilets to accessible seating areas?

North Stand Stand Viewing Balcony – 15m to lift, one floor down.

South Stand Covered Terrace – 20m to 100m depending on location.

North Stand Uncovered Pitch Side – 15m.

Behind Posts (Unterraced Area) – 20m to 100m depending on location.          

Additional Services

Do you have an induction loop / text-line service for deaf supporters?

No – we have not identified a need for this.

Do you offer Audio Commentary? 

No – however full match commentary is available on HWD Hospital Radio.

Do you welcome Assistance Dogs?

Yes.

Do you have dedicated disability stewards/volunteers on Matchdays?

Yes.

Do you have a Disabled Supporters Association?

No.
