Rams on the look out for new cook
Dewsbury Rams are looking for people to apply for the recent cook position that has opened up at the club. The role will involve cooking on match days, and for functions throughout the week and at weekends, these functions take place at unsociable hours, The role requires an experienced person who also has a health and hygiene qualification, and has worked in a similar position previously. Cosmic Toys have won business family prize ticket
Dewsbury Rams are running an initiative where businesses that put up posters to advertise Rams home fixtures will be placed in a prize draw. The fourth winner of the family match ticket prize is Cosmic Toys in the Kingsway Arcade Dewsbury. Businesses are backing the Rams by displaying a poster advertising the Rams home games. Woollard departs Rams
Dewsbury Rams can announce that Harry Woollard has been released from his contract, and has chosen to join local Dewsbury side Dewsbury Moor. The former Huddersfield Giants player didn’t make an appearance for Dewsbury, and whilst he leaves the club, everyone at the Rams would like to wish him well in his future career and especially at Dewsbury Moor.

Shaw Cross Sharks player coach Paul March has commended the effort of his team-mates following Saturday’s important win over Milford Marlins. Dewsbury Rams head coach Neil Kelly reflected on Sunday’s defeat to Swinton Lions. The Rams lost 28-29 on the day and Kelly had mixed feelings about the defeat. He said: “It is a game that got away from us in the first 20 minutes of the second half. Dewsbury Moor will face Thornhill Trojans in the Jim Brown Heavy Woollen Cup Final following last night’s victory over Batley Boys. Following a closely contested first half against a determined and physical Batley side, Moor eventually ran out 30-10 winners in the Semi-Final tie. Batley had secured a surprise win over Shaw Cross Sharks in the previous round and are enjoying an outstanding season in the Yorkshire Men’s League Premier Division.
