Head Coach Lee Greenwood has given his thoughts ahead of tomorrow’s Betfred Championship clash against Barrow Raiders. Reflecting on our performance last Sunday against Featherstone, Greenwood said “We can take some positives from the game, we knew that a result would be unlikely, but I thought in general we played well especially the two lads on debut. We played well with ball in hand but there were aspects of our defending that we weren’t happy with, so we’ll have to tighten up on that. Our upcoming clash against Halifax Panthers at the Shay will now take place on Tuesday 31st May with kick off at 19:30. Our Betfred Championship Round 13 game against Halifax Panthers which was originally scheduled for Thursday 2nd June at 15:00 has been changed, and will now take place on Tuesday 31st May with kick off at 19:30. Raiders record their fourth away league victory of the season in a close contest at the Tetley’s Stadium. Following on from last week’s determined performance against high flying Featherstone, the Rams were looking to pick up their third win of the season against playoff chasing Barrow Raiders.
