Dewsbury Rams has recently announce the signing of Liam Finn until the end of the 2020 season. The Ireland international says he is delighted to be re-joining Dewsbury after spending a decade away from the club. Travel with the Amber Ribbon
This Sunday Dewsbury Rams take on Halifax at the Shay Stadium, the Rams supporter group the Amber Ribbon are as always traveling to the away fixture together. You can join them by meeting at the West Riding Public House on Sunday at 12.00pm for the away game at Halifax which kicks off at 3pm. The train departs Dewsbury at 12.51pm arriving in Huddersfield at 13.33pm. The train to Halifax leaves at 13.54pm. The approximate cost is around £7, train tickets are to be purchased by yourselves from the ticket office.

Dewsbury Rams were defeated 22-17 by Canadian side Toronto Wolfpack on Sunday afternoon at the Tetley’s Stadium. A crowd of 1251 watched the tight fixture as well as thousands of people watching the game live on Sky TV. Dewsbury Rams head coach Lee Greenwood was proud of his teams effort against Toronto but is equally disappointed with the loss. He said after the 22-17 defeat: “It’s been not robbed from us, it’s certainly not the feeling I have got, that is almost like someone has stole what you deserve. Greenwood on Finn being brought in
Dewsbury Rams recently announced the signing of Liam Finn on a contract until the end of the 2020 season. Head coach Lee Greenwood explained the decision behind bringing in the 35 year old halfback. Finn who has played at Super League level and has represented Dewsbury before has a good standing in the game.
