Dewsbury Rams has launched #SquadGoals – the new, online way to contribute to Squadbuilder. #SquadGoals enables fans to support the coaching staff and players and receive exclusive perks and prize draw opportunities. The new initiative aims to enhance the existing Squadbuilder model by enabling fans to contribute through occasional online payments, wherever they are in the world. Rams launch new website
Dewsbury Rams has launched a new official website. The new website, which can be found at the existing dewsburyrams.co.uk address, includes a host of new features that will enhance the user experience for visitors, while simplifying the process of discovering information and contacting the club. The previous website was a part of the RFL’s network, but the new site is totally home-grown, in partnership with WordPress, which means every aspect of it is fully customisable. Grassroots: Thornhill to host Awards evening
Thornhill Trojans will hold their annual awards and presentation evening on Saturday 25th November at 7.00pm. Commemorative medals will also be handed out to players who were involved with the team which won promotion from NCL Division 2. Grassroots: Moor seeks Tots coach
Dewsbury Moor are looking to recruit a coach for their Rugger Tots sessions. Rugger Tots is a programme for boys and girls aged 3 to 6 and sessions run for one hour each week. The fun sessions are intended as a way to introduce kids to the basics of Rugby League. The role would suit a young coach who is eager to progress in the field, without the commitment of weekends. Shaw Cross Sharks head coach Zach Johnson will hold a pre-season players’ meeting on Wednesday 15th November at 7.00pm. The meeting will take place in the Sharks’ clubhouse. Rams make two new signings
Dewsbury Rams fans are starting the week with news of two new signings. Former Halifax and Sheffield Eagles winger Rob Worrincy has signed a permanent deal with the club for 2018, while former loanee second rower Billy Hayes is now a Rams player after completing a move from Huddersfield Giants.
