Dewsbury Rams are delighted to announce the signing of Chris Annakin on a two year deal. The Rams have signed the former Super League player until the end of the 2021 campaign. Annakin was on loan at the Rams last season and played a role in helping the club stay in the Betfred Championship. The former Wakefield player is now ready to sign for the Rams on a permanent deal. Dewsbury Rams can now confirm next year’s season ticket prices. The Rams have decided to freeze prices for the 2020 campaign. These prices are as follows. Rams fans forum tomorrow night
Dewsbury Rams would like to remind supporters that their is a fans forum taking place in the Royal Suite tomorrow night from 7.30pm. Chairman Mark Sawyer and head coach Lee Greenwood will be at the front to take any questions you may have. Also on the night supporters will be able to pre-purchase season tickets and there will be complementary pie and peas available at the interval.
Gabriel delight at winning Back of the Year Award
Dewsbury Rams winger picked up Back of the Year and he was ecstatic to receive the award on the club’s presentation. On winning the award he said: “I am really pleased especially with the quality we’ve got within the backs it’s nice to get a bit of recognition and it gives me something positive to build on for next year.” Gabriel was brought in from Betfred League One side Keighley Cougars last winter and when asked how he thought he’d done in his first season, he insisted that he thought he’d done ok. Sykes delight on winning Supporters Player of the Year Award
Dewsbury Rams captain Paul Sykes won the Supporters Player of the Year award at the club’s recent presentation night. Sykes insists it was fantastic to finally get his hands on the award. Tuesday night saw a well attended fans forum at The Tetley’s Stadium, where Chairman Mark Sawyer and Head Coach Lee Greenwood answered questions on a number of topics. Mark Sawyer kicked off the evening by discussing the stadium deal with Bradford Bulls, which has recently been announced. Bradford have initially been given permission by the RFL for 12 months to play their home games at The Tetley’s Stadium. The Bulls are currently in special measures, but this does not affect the stadium share. Outside the top flight Mark stated that only three or four clubs have never been in special […]
