LOOKING BACK REUNION 2022
The Looking Back Reunion is taking place at the Tetley’s Stadium on Friday 25th November Join the Looking Back Team for refreshments and the chance to reconnect with friends as a celebration of everything rugby league at this year’s reunion! The annual event will be taking place in the Bailey Bar at the Tetley’s Stadium on Friday 25th November between 11:00 – 13:00, it is free to attend and both home and away supporters are welcome. COLLINSON JOINS FOR 2023
We are delighted to announce that Louis Collinson has joined the Rams for the 2023 season! Forward Collinson, who joins us from Batley Bulldogs made eighteen first-team appearances last year for Batley and Cornwall RLFC, where he impressed on-loan. Prior to his move to Batley, he was at the Castleford Tigers Academy where he was awarded the 2021 Academy Players’ Player of the Year Award. The Squadbuilder Team have written an open letter to all Squadbuilder Members. “OPEN LETTER TO ALL SQUADBUILDER MEMBERS. Squadbuilder has been very active this season working with Liam to try and assemble a competitive squad for 2023! So far, we have contributed to the signings of Reiss Butterworth, Dale Ferguson, Ollie Greensmith and we are currently working with Liam on another new signing! TURNER RE-SIGNS FOR 2023
We are delighted to announce that Calum Turner has re-signed for the Rams for the 2023 season! The twenty-three-year-old fullback who joined the club at the beginning of 2022, had an injury-hit season and only made ten appearances, scoring one try and kicking seven goals. Before joining the Rams, he had Championship experience with both Featherstone and Newcastle as well as fourteen Super League appearances with Castleford. On re-signing Turner said, “I’m really happy to extend my stay here and work with Finny and Casper for a full season. I feel the last month I was gradually getting back to […]
RESTALL JOINS FOR 2023
We are delighted to announce that Owen Restall has joined the Rams for the 2023 season! Twenty-seven-year-old Restall joins us from Oldham RLFC where last year he made twenty-two appearances scoring twenty-one tries. Restall, who operates predominantly at fullback but also on the wing was League One’s third highest try scorer last year, which was some achievement as it was his first season playing professional rugby league after a long amateur career.
