PELTIER HEADS OUT ON LOAN
Dewsbury Rams can today confirm that Ross Peltier has joined Hunslet RLFC on loan until the end of the season. Jamaican International Peltier, who signed for the Rams in October 2021, has featured nine times in this campaign for the Rams, scoring one try in the opening game of the season against Bradford. Peltier will join fellow Ram Matty Beharrell, who is also on loan at Hunslet until the end of the season. We would like to wish both Ross and Matty all the best in their loan spells.

The line-up for the Rugby League Schools Festival taking place at the Tetley’s Stadium this Friday is now complete! The Rugby League Schools Festival taking place this Friday, will feature teams from Bywell Junior School, Orchard Primary Academy, St Paulinus, Boothroyd, West Moor, Ravensthorpe, Holy Spirit and Mill Lane. The eight teams will be split into two groups and each school will carry the name of a team participating in this year’s Rugby League World Cup with activities based on their country taking place during the day. SMITH LEAVES RAMS
Dewsbury Rams can today confirm that half-back Alex Smith has left the club. Smith, who signed for the Rams in March 2021, featured fifteen times for the Rams over two seasons scoring two tries. He has featured seven times this season, with his most recent appearance coming in the home defeat against Whitehaven. We would like to wish Alex all the best for the future.

League leaders Leigh Centurions run in eleven tries on a difficult day at the Tetley’s Stadium. On what was a scorching day at the Tetley’s Stadium, the Rams were facing one of their toughest tests of the season against league leaders and 1895 Cup winners Leigh Centurions.
