Adam Mitchell is re-joining the Rams as our head of Strength and Conditioning, after his departure in 2023.
Mitchell initially joined the Rams in October 2016, becoming a vital and core member of the team and management, staying with us for several years.
Helping the team improve player performance he helped us become the 2023 Betfred League One champions earning us promotion back into the Championship. In the October that same year Mitchell sadly departed the club to pursue another role at Keighley his former club.
BUT NOW HE’S BACK!!
And looking to make sure the Rams are in top form heading into the 2027 season.
