Jacob Bateman signs 2-year deal
Jacob Bateman has signed with the Rams to stay here for the next two years. Bateman joined the Rams at the very start of 2026 on a season-long loan from the Bradford Bulls. He’s become an integral part of the squad, making 16 appearances with nine starts for us this season. Danny Addy signs 2-year contract
Danny Addy is here to stay at the Rams after signing a contract for 2 more years in the red, amber, and black. Addy joined the club mid-March for the remainder of the 2026 season, making his first appearance in our home game against Sheffield. He made an immediate impact on the field, scoring three tries in the seven games he has played for us and even claiming man of the match in our Good Friday game against Batley. It was with great sadness that everyone at Dewsbury Rams learned of the passing of our dear friend and loyal supporter, Lewis Bairstow, following his courageous battle with MND in June. Lewis, together with his wife Rita, was a valued member of the Rams family for many years. As a dedicated supporter, long-term volunteer and player sponsor, his unwavering commitment to the club will always be remembered.
