Dewsbury Rams are delighted to announce that Super League centre Matt Fleming has joined the club on a one year deal. The 23 year old has decided to come and play at the Tetley’s Stadium and under head coach Lee Greenwood. The centre has made 43 Super League appearance scoring 15 tries. Having played for St Helens, Leigh Centurions and London Broncos in England’s top flight, Fleming brings a lot of experience to the side despite his young age. Double header fixture at Leeds announced
Dewsbury Rams can announce the following Dewsbury Rams home fixture on Sunday 21st June between Dewsbury and Bradford will be hosted at the Emerald Headingley Stadium the home of the Leeds Rhinos, in the form of a double header along with Leeds Rhinos vs Wakefield Trinity. Dewsbury season ticket holders will be admitted for free as this is one of their season ticket home ties. Dewsbury will also provide free busses for all Dewsbury fans whether a season ticket holder or not who wish to take advantage of this offer. 2020 season fixtures announced
Dewsbury Rams can announce our 2020 fixtures. The Rams begin their 2020 campaign off on Friday 31st January when we will face the Leigh Centurions at the Tetley’s Stadium. Dewsbury Vs Leigh is the very first game of the new campaign. Trips to Swinton and Halifax follow before our home game against Widnes in round 4. Dewsbury’s first game against the Batley Bulldogs will take place on Friday 10th April. The Rams will make their way to South Yorkshire to face Sheffield Eagles on 15th May. Brierley joins hometown team
Dewsbury Rams are delighted to announce that 23 year old utility back Tommy Brierley has signed for the club on a one year deal. Brierley can play in any of the back positions and insists he is comfortable playing in any position, he’s just pleased to be able to sign for his hometown team. Brierley has had a fair amount of experience despite his young age, he signed for Leeds Rhinos at the age of 15 and was with them until the age of 19. He then signed for York but then left the club due to injury, after recovering, […]

Summer Bash announcement
Dewsbury Rams can announce that the club will be facing the Batley Bulldogs once more at the Summer Bash. Batley will once again be the home side for the fixture. The fixture will take place on the 30th May with a kick off time of 3pm. It will mean that the closest derby in Rugby League will kick off the event in Blackpool. The Rams have a 3-2 lead in Summer Bash match wins, however last year the club were defeated. This time around the Rams will be wanting revenge in Blackpool. The game will kick off at 3pm and will be played at the home of Keighley Cougars, Cougar Park. It’s the third pre-season friendly that we have announced for head coach Lee Greenwood’s side. The first will take place on boxing day against Batley Bulldogs, the second will be away at Keighley Cougars on the 12th January and the third will take place on the 19th January at the Tetley’s Stadium against the Bradford Bulls.
