Dewsbury Rams can announce that Rhys Davies has signed for the club on a one year deal, primarily he plays in the second row position but can be a utility player too. On signing the 23 year old Welshman, head coach Lee Greenwood said: “Rhys fully deserves to be rewarded after working hard and impressing in training. When the 2019 season ended for the Rams in September most already started looking forward to the boxing day battle with our nearest & dearest from across the valley. However this festive season provides a desert to supplement the main course! On Sunday 29th December the Yorkshire cup final will see Mirfield Stags take on Drighlington at the LD Nutrition stadium home of Featherstone Rovers. Dewsbury Rams drew 14-14 on Boxing Day to the Batley Bulldogs. It was the first piece of action for both sides heading into a busy 2020. The Rams started the first ten minutes off well. However it was the Bulldogs who managed to get on the front foot. It was the visitors who took the lead as Alistair Leak put the ball down over the line. Duties include cleaning bars and function rooms and ancillary areas, corporate boxes, offices and other areas throughout the stadium.
