The squad for Sunday’s game has four changes from the one announced before Monday’s defeat against Widnes Vikings; Ollie Greensmith, Michael Knowles, Alex Smith and Jackson Walker replace Brad Graham, Jon Magrin, Ross Peltier and Calum Turner. Monday Night Lights debut ends in defeat for the Rams against the unbeaten Vikings. It was Monday Night Lights at the Tetley’s Stadium as the Premier Sports cameras rolled into town alongside the visitors Widnes Vikings who were aiming to maintain their 100% start to the season, whilst the Rams were looking to build on last week’s victory over Sheffield Eagles. On a sunny but chilly Sunday afternoon the Rams looked to get back on track against Workington Town after Monday night’s defeat against Widnes Vikings. Attacking into a strong breeze in the first half, the Rams started the match well, until a fumble in the in-goal area gave Workington the breakthrough with a try for Alex Clegg, converted by Jamie Doran.
