Fleming signs for 2021 at Rams
Dewsbury Rams can announce that centre Matty Fleming will be staying at the Tetley’s Stadium for another year. Fleming arrived at Dewsbury at the start of the 2020 campaign. He has plenty of experience whilst still young with age. Fleming has played in Super League for the London Broncos and has impressed both supporters and teammates since joining the Rams with his hard working and skilful displays. Last night Dewsbury Rams announced the re-signing of Jon Magrin. The Jamaican international joined the club at the start of the 2020 campaign. Having signed on the dotted line, Magrin made an instant impression. The prop is looking forward to starting up again in 2021. Dewsbury Rams can confirm that prop Jon Magrin has signed a new deal at the club keeping at the Rams for the 2021 campaign. Magrin who is a Jamaican international joined Dewsbury at the start of the 2020 season and made an instant impression. The former Bradford Bulls player scored two tries against his former side in pre-season. He then put in some impressive performances during the 2020 season. Davies- I have really enjoyed the time I have had at the club so far
Last night Dewsbury Rams were excited to reveal the re-signing of Rhys Davies for the 2021 season. Davies who joined the club at the beginning of 2020 after completing a successful trial period. On re-signing for 2021 Davies said: “I have really enjoyed the time I have had at the club so far, which was one of the reasons I wanted to re-sign. “Also I have still got a lot to prove and work on but hopefully I can step up and take my opportunities this year.” On his ambitions for the upcoming season Davies commented: “As an individual I […]
Shaw Cross Sharks hold movie of 1973 Championship final.
Dewsbury Rams would like to let supporters know of an event taking place at local amateur club Shaw Cross Sharks. The Sharks are holding a drive through cinema event on 4th October at their club organised by Nothern Monkey Yorkshire Limited. One of the films to be shown is the fantastic 1973 Championship final that we the Rams won, beating Leeds on the day. It is a final that holds significant relevance for both the Sharks and the Rams. Whilst it was undoubtedly the proudest day in the club’s history. Many of the players who played in that final wore […]

Yesterday we announced the re-signing of centre Matty Fleming. The experienced centre is an athletic individual who enjoys getting up and down the pitch to help his team out. Fleming made an impression during the 2020 season as his performances were getting better and better with every game. On re-signing for the club, Fleming said: “It was an easy decision to stay after the way we started this season.
