Dewsbury Rams head coach Lee Greenwood has had his say ahead of this weekend’s fixture away at the Toronto Wolfpack. The Rams head to Canada in good form winning their last two games. Morris on coming to his new club
The Dewsbury Rams announced a few week’s ago that new player Frazer Morris had joined the club after leaving fellow West Yorkshire side Halifax RFLC. We caught up with Frazer as he has now played two games for Dewsbury, the victory over Swinton in the 1895 cup game and against Rochdale in the Betfred Championship. Morris explained that he is delighted to have joined the club and is now looking forward to cracking on with the rest of the season. Widnes Vikings 1895 Cup Competition details
Dewsbury Rams can now reveal the AB Sundecks 1895 cup competition details, as we have been drawn against the Widnes Vikings for our quarter-final draw. The match will take place on Wednesday 26th June with an 8pm kick off at the Halton Stadium. The Rams have made it to the quarter-finals after beating Swinton at home in the last round. The ticket prices for the game is as follows. £20 Adults £15 Concession £10 under 16’s. We hope to see as many fans travel across to the Vikings as possible to cheer on the team.

Dewsbury Rams were defeated heavily out in Canada last Saturday as they lost to table toppers Toronto Wolfpack in what was a comfortable win for the Trans-Atlantic side. In what was a much changed Dewsbury team, Lee Greenwood’s men put plenty of effort into the fixture, however the pace and power of Toronto’s full time players wasn’t able to be matched on the day.
