We can today confirm that Reiss Butterworth has left to join Super League side Hull Kingston Rovers. The 24-year-old has made sixty-two appearances in his three-season stint at the club but will now return to Super League with the East Yorkshire side. We are delighted to announce that Joe Summers has re-signed for the Rams for 2024! The twenty-three-year-old will enter his second season with the Rams after joining from Hunslet RLFC ahead of the 2023 season. After suffering with injury during last season, Summers only made four appearances, scoring once on his debut against Cornwall at FLAIR Stadium in April. COLLINSON RE-SIGNS FOR 2024
We are delighted to announce that Louis Collinson has re-signed for the Rams for 2024! The twenty-one-year-old will enter his second season with the Rams after joining from Batley Bulldogs ahead of the 2023 season. Despite suffering with injury during last season, Collinson still managed eleven appearances, scoring once in our 42-0 victory over Rochdale Hornets. We are delighted to announce that Ronan Dixon has re-signed for the Rams for 2024! The twenty-six-year-old will stay with the Rams for his second season after joining from York Knights ahead at the end of 2022. Dixon made a big impression in his first season playing nineteen times and scoring five as part of a formidable forward pack that won the Betfred League One title. We can today confirm that Assistant Coach Craig Huby will be leaving the club to join Liam Finn at Halifax Panthers. The former Wakefield, Castleford and Huddersfield prop joined as an Assistant Coach ahead of the 2023 season after the departure of Tony Smith but will be leaving the club to link up with Finn once again at Halifax. After joining in January, Huby, as part of the management team, successfully guided the club back to the Betfred Championship at the first attempt, winning the Betfred League One title with a game to spare.
