Dewsbury Rams head coach Lee Greenwood has spoken exclusively to the Rams website ahead of this week’s game against the Batley Bulldogs. It’ll be the Rams first run out in just under 12 months. As the players last took to the field in March last year when we were defeated by Newcastle Thunder in the challenge cup. Supporters will get their first chance to see some of Greenwood’s new recruits. As both clubs look to win a much missed derby fixture. RFL Statement regarding promotion
Both the Betfred Championship and League 1 will have six appeal this season, with clubs aiming to finish in the top six of each competition to qualify for promotion play-offs. The Betfred Championship, which kicks off over the Easter weekend at the start of next month, will adopt the same top six play-off system which was used in the Betfred Super League in 2020. That means the top two in the final table will earn a bye through the first round of the play-offs before playing the winners of sudden death fixtures between teams three to six – and the […]
