Dewsbury Rams defeated Widnes Vikings 22-14 in Widnes on Saturday evening and head coach Lee Greenwood said he was absolutely delighted to get the win. Dewsbury Rams defeated the Widnes Vikings 22-14 yesterday evening in Widnes. The Rams put in a brilliant defensive effort alongside scoring some clinical tries. The game got off to a positive start when Paul Sykes converted a penalty kick to make it 2-0 to Dewsbury on the 4th minute. The Rams kept up the pressure and were rewarded with a try on the 15th minute. Sykes kicked high and Deon Cross failed to catch the ball.
