Rams battle hard for victory in closely fought contest against North Wales at FLAIR Stadium. After a fortnight-long break, the Rams returned to action against North Wales Crusaders knowing that a victory would be difficult against a Crusaders side that had improved vastly from the team they had beaten convincingly in the reverse fixture on the opening day of the season. GABRIEL GOES ON LOAN
We can confirm that Andy Gabriel has joined Oldham RLFC on loan until the end of the season. The 29-year-old winger who has played for the Rams since 2019 joins the Roughyeds on a short-term loan until the end of the 2023 season. Gabriel made a try-scoring return to action last month against Rochdale Hornets after recovering from a serious injury which he sustained in a match against Widnes in July 2022.
