Match report – Rams halt losing streak with draw at Halifax
Dewsbury Rams ended a run of nine defeats after claiming a well deserved draw away at Halifax on Sunday afternoon. The game started well for the visitors, and they thought they had scored on the fifth minute when Robbie Ward ghosted through the Halifax defence to put the ball down over the line, however play was brought back for a knock on earlier in the move. Wakeman Signs On One Month Loan Deal
Dewsbury Rams can announce that Italian international prop Shannon Wakeman has again signed on a one month loan deal from Betfred Super League side Huddersfield Giants. Wakeman 28 has had a previous loan spell with the Rams earlier this season. Wakeman played for Italy in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.
Rams to host Fans Forum
Dewsbury Rams chairman Mark Sawyer would like to invite supporters to a Fans Forum on Thursday 31st May. Fans will be able to come along to the meeting to ask a variety of questions on the night, which will start at 8pm sharp. Attending the meeting will be Dewsbury Rams chairman Mark Sawyer. Also in attendance for 40 minutes will be head coach Neil Kelly. The forum will be held in the Royal Suite. The bar will also be open so fans can get refreshments.

Dewsbury Rams this week travel the short distance to The Shay stadium to face Halifax in a crunch game in the Betfred Championship.
