MEET THE PLAYERS NIGHT & 2025 SHIRT LAUNCH
We are delighted to announce that this year’s Meet the Players Night will be taking place on Friday 6th December. As announced at last night’s Fans Forum this year’s event will be taking place in the Royal Suite at FLAIR Stadium on Friday 6th December starting at 19:30. Entry to the event is free and as well as hearing from Head Coach Paul March and some of the playing squad, fans will also have the opportunity to purchase 2025 Season Tickets and brand new 2025 Ellgren merchandise.
FANS FORUM DATE ANNOUNCED
We can now confirm that this year’s Fans Forum will take place on Thursday 21st November at FLAIR Stadium. The event which will be held in the Royal Suite will start at 19:00 with doors open from 18:30. On this year’s panel will be Chairman Mark Sawyer and Head Coach Paul March. BOARDMAN SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that AJ Boardman has signed for the Rams for 2025! The thirty-four-year-old utility forward has previously featured for Hunslet RLFC, Midlands Hurricanes, Rochdale Hornets and Cornwall RLFC. Before making in his way into the professional game in 2020, Boardman had a successful amateur career with Dewsbury Moor Maroons. Upon signing Boardman said, “I’m really grateful to have this opportunity with the Rams for 2025 and after talks with Marchy I believe he’s building a strong squad with both youth and experience. WALKER SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that Louie Walker has signed for the Rams for 2025! The twenty-year-old who can operate at half back or loose forward has made the step up into the professional ranks after spending ten years at junior and senior level with Dewsbury Moor Maroons. Louie joins the illustrious list of Walker family members who have represented the club with Matt, Patch, James and Jackson all wearing the famous red, amber and black. RUSSELL RE-SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that Joel Russell has re-signed for the Rams for 2025! The twenty-four-year-old who joined the club ahead of the 2024 season, made his debut against York Knights in the Challenge Cup in February but spent the majority of the season on loan at Newcastle Thunder, where he made nine appearances including six starts. Upon re-signing Russell said, “I’m looking forward to next season, I enjoyed my time out on loan at Newcastle but now I’m ready to cement a spot in the Rams team this year.” Head Coach Paul March said, “He got some experience […]

Our 2025 Betfred League One Fixtures have now been revealed! We’ll have a home clash up first against North Wales Crusaders, before making the short trip to the Victoria Pleasure Grounds to face Goole Vikings in Round 2. We end the regular season with a trip across the Pennines to face Rochdale Hornets on Sunday 7th September. The draw for the Challenge Cup Round 2 will take place on BBC iPlayer at 18:30 on Monday 2nd December. We’ll also have further updates about pre-season friendlies shortly.
