
TOUCH RUGBY AT FLAIR STADIUM
We are delighted to announce that we will be launching a Social Touch Rugby League Programme at FLAIR Stadium in partnership with Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation! Starting Tuesday 11th April, the Touch Rugby League sessions will take place every Tuesday at FLAIR Stadium from 18:30 – 19:30. Each session costs just £2 and all over the age of 14 are welcome. GOOD FRIDAY DOUBLE HEADER
We are delighted to announce that Dewsbury Moor Ladies will face Hull KR Women in a top of the table clash at FLAIR Stadium ahead of our game against Hunslet RLFC on Good Friday! Dewsbury Moor and Hull KR have both made fantastic starts to the Women’s Rugby League Championship season and sit in second and first place respectively after four fixtures each. Kick-off is at 12:15 and entrance for the game will be through the Main Reception in the North Stand up until 13:30 when the Turnstiles will open. RAMS MEET SHARKS
Last week we were delighted to welcome Shaw Cross Sharks Under 9’s down to FLAIR Stadium for a training session with the squad! The squad took time out of their busy schedule to watch the juniors train and give them bits of advice before taking to field to train themselves, with the Shaw Cross team looking on from the stands. Rams through to Challenge Cup Fifth Round after brilliant performance against Championship side Widnes Vikings. After six straight wins in both League and Cup action, the Rams came up against their toughest test so far this season in seven-time Challenge Cup winners Widnes Vikings, who currently sit fourth in the Betfred Championship. In the early stages of the game, it was very much a case of both sides cancelling each other out with both defences on top. CHALLENGE CUP FIFTH ROUND
We can today confirm the details of our Challenge Cup Fifth Round tie against London Broncos. Our upcoming Fifth-Round tie against London Broncos will take place at Rosslyn Park FC on Sunday 23rd April at 15:00. Tickets will be priced at £15 for Over 16’s and Free for Under 16’s. We were due to play London Skolars in Betfred League One action on Saturday 22nd April, this will now be re-scheduled and a new date will be announced in due course.
