Rugby League World Cup 2021 (RLWC2021) has revealed the locations of the team bases for all competing nations across the men’s, women’s, and wheelchair tournaments. The squads from the 21 unique nations and 32 teams will be based in different locations across the country. The hosts, England will be based in three locations, with the men’s team in Manchester, the women’s team in Leeds and the wheelchair team in the country’s capital, London. Jack Addy memorial fund within £1,000 of goal
The fundraising campaign for a Jack Addy memorial sculpture has moved to within £1,000 of its target. A goal of £6,500 has been set to fund work to produce a commemorative bust and more than 100 people have donated money. The club would like express its gratitude to everybody who has made a donation, auctioned items or raised money in other ways. Goodbye Jack
Dewsbury Rams said goodbye to former coach, administrator and president Jack Addy on Monday 8 June. His coffin was taken to The Tetley’s Stadium, giving former players, staff and fans the chance to say goodbye, before a private family service took place at Dewsbury Crematorium. Jack, we’ll never forget you. Rest in peace.

Return to Training, Behind Closed Doors and Laws Committee – update
The RFL has issued new guidance to clubs regarding the process for a return to training and the resumption of matches. The document also covers the possibility of matches behind closed doors and this week’s meeting of the RFL Laws Committee. The Five Stages The Government have outlined a five-stage process for the resumption of sport. The first of those is training in small groups; the second is full-contact group training; the third, staging matches Behind Closed Doors domestically; fourth BCD with a cross-border element; and the fifth stage is getting back to sport as we have known it, with crowds in the stadium. Fundraising for a Jack Addy memorial sculpture has surpassed its target. A flurry of donations in recent days from fans, coaches and players has seen the total raised climb to more than £6,500. The club would like to thank everybody who supported and promoted the campaign, whether that be through direct donations or other activities.
