Pick up points- Dewsbury- 2.30pm (Opposite Timepeice) Mirfield – 2.45pm (Opposite Tesco’s) The coach will set off back straight after the match. Scott: Good feeling to score first try for Rams
Dewsbury Rams prop Connor Scott grabbed his first try for the Rams on Sunday as they beat Oldham at Bower Fold 6-24. On scoring his first try Scott said: “It was a great pass from Finny and there was a big gap there but I managed to get the ball down, it’s good to get off of zero and score my first try for the club.” On the victory overall, Scott praised his teammates defensive efforts and believes it is those efforts that have helped to get the team over the line with another two points. Dewsbury Rams Lee Greenwood was proud of his team’s performance as they beat Oldham at Bower Fold on Sunday 24-6. It was the third win on the trot for Greenwood’s men who have made an impressive start to the season. Dewsbury Rams won their third game in a row by beating Oldham at Bower Fold on Sunday, defeating the Roughyeds 24-6 in what was another solid performance by Lee Greenwood’s men. It was a scrappy first half with little exciting action taking place as both teams tried hard to score points. Oldham managed to score their one and only try in the first half when Ryan Ince found a gap in the Rams defence to score.
