Garratt reacts to defeat to Sheffield
Dewsbury Rams Tom Garratt was frustrated and disappointed that the Rams were defeated on Friday night by the Sheffield Eagles. On the defeat to Sheffield, Garratt commented: “It is a tough one to take, it’s thinking back on the little things that happened in the game whereby you could have won. Sheffield are up the table, I thought we were in there and that it was winnable, it’s gutting. “At the time you are hurt more from these close defeats than you are from the big 50-0 losses. We just need to dust ourselves down and move onto next week […]
Greenwood reviews Sheffield defeat
Dewsbury Rams head coach Lee Greenwood spoke to the media following the defeat away at the Sheffield Eagles on Friday night. On the 28-22 loss he said: “The best team won I think, we battled hard but Sheffield had a little bit more quality at times, we were struggling to defend our try line at times. We let Sheffield play the ball at times far too quickly. “Sheffield were too good, we did have a good patch where we were on top in the second half and in that we probably needed to put more points on and get into the […]
