There will be a tea party for the mascots with their families in the Royal Suite before the game, where they will meet some of the players and Roger the Ram. Richardson reflects on Rams experience so far
Dewsbury Rams second rower Tobias Richardson says he is loving the experience of playing for the club and has laid out his ambitions for the future. Gresham Cafe wins business poster family ticket prize
Dewsbury Rams are running an initiative where businesses that put up posters to advertise Rams home fixtures will be placed in a prize draw. The sixth winner of the family match ticket prize is the Gresham Cafe on Dewsbury Market. Businesses are backing the Rams by displaying a poster advertising the Rams home games. Kelly reflects on Batley defeat
Dewsbury Rams head coach Neil Kelly was disappointed with the lackluster display his side showed in the final Heavy Woollen derby of the season. The Rams were defeated 42-22 at Mount Pleasant, and Kelly spoke to the media following the game, he said: “Overall i’m disappointed, I thought we were lackluster and it just looked like we were going through the motions, that’s why we went ten/twelve points down. “We rallied a bit in the second half, but I didn’t think we were playing that well in the first half when we were scoring points. Knowles excited about return to Sheffield
Dewsbury Rams second-rower Michael Knowles is looking forward to again returning to his old club to face Sheffield Eagles. He said: “I had some good years at Sheffield and made some good memories from my time at the club. It doesn’t make me more motivated to win, every game I am involved in I want to win.” Knowles says he would like to cross the try line in future more regularly. He commented: “I haven’t crossed as much as i would have liked to. I aim to be over 10 tries a year but only notched a couple this year.” […]
