Fans player of the year, Tom Delaney has signed on for the 2027 season with the Rams.
In just the two years that Delaney has been with us he has scored 29 tries with 20 of them being in the current 2026 season, and four of those being in one game against the Keighley Cougars on the 29/7/26.
Delaney said:
“I’m thrilled to have signed on for another year here,
“This last season I have really enjoyed my rugby, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by such a great set of lads,
“I feel like I have set myself a standard now over this last season, and I’m ready to push myself even further and help the team in anyway I can.”
Paul March also spoke on the him signing for next year:
“He’s one of our stand out players this year,
“He’s developing into a great player, he works hard in ever session while also going and doing extra,
“It’s no fluke he scores trips like he has and I’m happy he’s signed on for the next year.”
Delaney joins other names like, Bailey O’Connor, Danny Addy, Jacob Bateman and Jacob Parkinson signing new contracts with the Rams.
