We are delighted to announce that Perry Whiteley has joined the Rams for the 2023 season!
The twenty-nine-year-old, who can operate at centre or on the wing made fourteen appearances for Batley last season, scoring four times. He started out at the Huddersfield Giants Academy before spells with Featherstone, York, Keighley, Sheffield and Workington.
On joining the Rams, Whiteley said, “I’m excited to be part of hopefully a successful season next year for the club and help us bounce back to the Championship where we should be.”
Head Coach Liam Finn said “Perry adds experience and power to our backline. His carries out of our own half will be a massive asset and adds to the competition for places across our backline after losing Jacob.
