REMEMBERING TRACY SUTCLIFFE
Ahead of Sunday’s game against Huddersfield Giants we will be holding a minute’s applause to mark respect and celebrate the life of Tracy Sutcliffe. Along with her husband Andy, Tracy was a huge part of the Rams family and will be missed by all at the club after she sadly lost her battle with cancer earlier this month. Tracy’s funeral will be held on Friday 2nd February at 12:30 at Dewsbury Crematorium, with her wake at Heath Cottage Hotel in Dewsbury. The Amber Ribbon will be running a coach to our 1895 Cup game against Keighley Cougars on Sunday 28th January. This trip is proving to be extremely popular, please book your seat to avoid disappointment. The cost is £10 Amber Ribbon members and £12 for non-members. Rams beaten in second pre-season outing by Featherstone Rovers at Millennium Stadium. Following on from the Boxing Day draw against Batley, the Rams continued their pre-season schedule heading to the Millennium Stadium to face Featherstone Rovers on a bitterly cold January afternoon. The Rams started the game well and had long spells of pressure in the Rovers half, but it was the hosts who scored the first try when a clever offload found it’s way to Connor Jones who scored the first points of the game.
