RUSSELL RE-SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that Joel Russell has re-signed for the Rams for 2025! The twenty-four-year-old who joined the club ahead of the 2024 season, made his debut against York Knights in the Challenge Cup in February but spent the majority of the season on loan at Newcastle Thunder, where he made nine appearances including six starts. Upon re-signing Russell said, “I’m looking forward to next season, I enjoyed my time out on loan at Newcastle but now I’m ready to cement a spot in the Rams team this year.” Head Coach Paul March said, “He got some experience […]
TOMLINSON RE-SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that Keenen Tomlinson has re-signed for the Rams for 2025! The twenty-seven-year-old Jamaican International has featured forty one times for the Rams across his two spells so far, scoring seven tries in total, including a try in each of his last three games of 2024. Tomlinson has also made appearances for Batley Bulldogs, Keighley Cougars, Featherstone Rovers, Hunslet RLFC, London Skolars and Bradford Bulls. We are delighted to announce that Jack Briggs has re-signed for the Rams for 2025! The twenty-year-old will enter his first full season with the Rams after joining on trial ahead of the 2024 season. After making his debut against Toulouse Olympique in the south of France, Briggs made eight appearances in total in 2024. Thirty-year-old fans’ favourite Day has re-joined the club for a third time after spending the 2024 season with Westgate Common. In his time with the Rams, since joining from Featherstone Rovers in 2017, Day has made eighty seven appearances in total, scoring thirty tries and was key figure in our 2023 League One title-winning campaign.
