We are currently searching for a new Physio to join our team ahead of the upcoming 2025 Betfred League One season.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.

Job Description:
As Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating player injuries, ensuring an efficient recovery time that aligns with the physical demands of professional sports.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and rehabilitate player injuries.
- Screen for potential long-term and short-term injury risks.
- Design and implement treatment plans for injured players.
- Provide pitch-side trauma care during training and games.
- Maintain accurate records in line with medico-legal and regulatory standards.
- Keep the Medical Department organised and well-maintained.
- Collaborate closely with the Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Coach on training schedules and player workloads.
- Ensure compliance with standards set by the RFL audit.
Essential Requirements:
- BSc in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation (minimum qualification).
- Valid DBS Clearance.
- Previous experience with pitch-side duties.
- IMMOFP or equivalent certification.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in a rugby environment.
