We are delighted to announce that Caelum Jordan has joined the Rams for the 2023 season!
The twenty-year-old, who can operate at centre or on the wing joins the Rams from Westgate Common ARLFC and becomes the second Rams signing of the off-season from the Wakefield-based side after Sam Day. He played for Lock Lane as a youngster before moving onto the Castleford Tigers Academy and made his only appearance for the Castleford in 2021 in their Super League clash against Salford Red Devils.
On joining the Rams, Jordan said, “I’m really excited to be a part of the challenge ahead and I’m buzzing to be a part of the Rams for the 2023 season.”
Head Coach Liam Finn said “Caelum is another player who slipped out of the game after being in the first team squad and struggling at Castleford and struggling for anywhere to play regularly. After being told about numerous people we needed to look at him, needles to say we were impressed enough to want to sign him. He’s a big skilful centre who will cause defences all sorts of problems.”
