We are delighted to announce that Lewis Carr has re-signed for the Rams for the 2023 season!
The 22-year-old who is currently this season’s joint top try scorer, has made twenty-nine appearances for the Rams in his two seasons with the club and has committed for a third successive year.
On re-signing Carr said, “I’ve very pleased to have signed on for next year, Dewsbury were willing to give me a chance at a young age and so I’m willing to fight to try and get us back to a level that we really should be at.”
Head Coach Liam Finn said “Lewis has been really professional and diligent about getting himself in the best shape he can and since his first opportunity he’s shown maturity and communication in defence and is developing into a major attacking threat. Our challenge is to find a way to get him the ball more often.”
