Dewsbury Rams can reveal that it has signed front rower Aaron Hall for the 2021 season.
Hall who is 27 is a powerful player and has had previous experience playing in the Betfred Championship.
A former Swinton Lions player Hall played for them in 2018/19.
He has recently been on trial at the Rams, however head coach Lee Greenwood has seen enough in the experienced player to give him a contract.
Hall will wear the number 20 shirt for the Rams.
On signing Hall, Greenwood said: “Aaron has impressed the staff in training with his ability and attitude. He has improved fitness wise in a short space of time and has shown enough for us to think he will compete for a spot in the 17.
“He knows the standard of the division and is coming into an age where front rowers can reach their peak.
“I know he is happy to have another crack at professional Rugby and I look forward to seeing him pull on the Rams shirt.”
