Dewsbury Rams can confirm that prop Jon Magrin has signed a new deal at the club keeping at the Rams for the 2021 campaign.
Magrin who is a Jamaican international joined Dewsbury at the start of the 2020 season and made an instant impression.
The former Bradford Bulls player scored two tries against his former side in pre-season. He then put in some impressive performances during the 2020 season.
On being able to retain Magrin, head coach Lee Greenwood said: “I am really pleased that Jon is staying with us. Some players just need to find the right club or environment for them and I feel he has found that here.
“He is an important player for Dewsbury and Jamaica and its an exciting 2021 for him for sure.
“His attitude and professionalism have really impressed me since he joined us and he is another player I would like to remain here for the foreseeable future.”
