The up and coming Monty Lumb is staying with the Rams for next season. Lumb joined the Rams at the start of May on a season loan from the Huddersfield Giants, where he made an impact right away.
He scored two tries in his second game with us against the Halifax Panthers while also being named Man Of The Match.
Monty went on to being a recurring face for the starting line up and a core part of the squad with 13 appearances.
Lumb said: “Buzzing to be permanently at the club, and I’m looking forward to the coming season with the boys.”
His aggressive offences capabilities, quick feet and being able to find an opening in teams defences are going to be a key contributor to the 2027 season for the Rams.
Monty joins; Jacob Bateman, Bailey O’Connor, Danny Addy, Tom Delaney, Brad Graham and Jacob Parkinson as the latest signings for the Rams.
