The award winners from this evening’s Annual Presentation Night have been announced!
Jimmy Beckett, who had his re-signing for 2023 announced during the Presentation Night won both the Man of Steel and Player’s Player of the Year Award.
Recent stand-in skipper Reiss Butterworth picked up the Coach’s Player of the Year Award, awarded to him by Head Coach Liam Finn.
41-year-old Paul Sykes was the recipient of both the Amber Ribbon Player of the Year Award and Supporters Player of the Year.
Viv Calvert was awarded the George Rigg Memorial Trophy for Clubman of the Year.
There was also a special presentation for Paul Sykes who recently played in his 500th first-class rugby league appearance against York City Knights. Sykes was presented with a specially made silver Salver and his framed shirt from the game which was kindly donated by Matrix Frames & Displays.
