SYKES RE-SIGNS FOR 2025
We are delighted to announce that Paul Sykes has re-signed for the Rams for 2025! The forty-three-year-old club legend, who’s career has seen him play in over five-hundred and thirty first-class games for both club and country will enter his milestone tenth season with the Rams. Since joining from Featherstone Rovers back in 2016, Sykes has made one-hundred and eighty six appearances for the Rams scoring over one thousand points, including thirty tries. We are thrilled to reveal our brand-new home and away kits for the 2025 season, proudly designed by Ellgren! To mark the 25th anniversary of our Grand Final victory against Leigh in 2000 – our greatest honour since the turn of the century – both of this season’s kits have a special modified badge and text in the collar. The new home shirt takes inspiration from the shirt worn that day at Gigg Lane, with the back of each shirt adorned with the names of the entire squad and head coach, whilst our new away shirt focuses on our more […]

CHALLENGE CUP DRAW
We have been drawn away at either Dewsbury Moor or Haresfinch in Round Two of the Betfred Challenge Cup. The tie will take place on either the 25th or 26th January and we will face the winner of the Round One clash which will take place at Dewsbury Moor Sports Club on either 11th or 12th January. Further information will be given to supporters when available.
2025 LEAGUE ONE FIXTURES
Our 2025 Betfred League One Fixtures have now been revealed! We’ll have a home clash up first against North Wales Crusaders, before making the short trip to the Victoria Pleasure Grounds to face Goole Vikings in Round 2. We end the regular season with a trip across the Pennines to face Rochdale Hornets on Sunday 7th September. The draw for the Challenge Cup Round 2 will take place on BBC iPlayer at 18:30 on Monday 2nd December. We’ll also have further updates about pre-season friendlies shortly. AB SUNDECKS 1895 CUP PRELIMINARY ROUND DRAWS MADE
The AB Sundecks 1895 Cup kicked off today (Thursday 12 December) with the draw for the new Preliminary Rounds made. With a new look format for 2025, three ties were drawn from all 11 Betfred League One clubs for Preliminary Round 1, with the five remaining clubs joining in Preliminary Round 2 to produce four ties. The four winners will then join the 12 English Betfred Championship clubs in Round One proper of the competition, which will conclude at Wembley Stadium once again on Saturday 7 June (kick off 5:45pm).
