This Sunday’s Championship Shield match against Barrow Raider is the fixture closest to the anniversary of the sad passing of Graham Beaumont, who died a year ago today, 5th September 2017.

Graham did a great deal for the club and was a major backer and supporter of the Rams over many years.

He passed away aged 62 after suffering a heart-related issue.

At the beginning of the 2018 season, the Eastern Terrace was renamed The Beaumont Terrace in honour of Graham’s service to the club.

We ask everyone who is coming to the game on Sunday to think of Graham.

He is still very much missed and will always be missed at the Rams as he was a huge part of the club.
