Dewsbury Rams hosted a summer camp between the 14th and 16th August where kids came to the stadium to take part in the camp and had a look around the stadium.
The children also met Rams mascot Roger the Ram and Dewsbury player Lucas Walshaw. The three days were run by Pulse HFW Schools and the camp was a real success.
Media Manager Steven Downes commented on the success of the camp: “It was fantastic to see the children get so much out of the event, and three days were a huge success.
“This is just another example of how the club is trying really hard to engage with it’s local community. Couple this with the recent school visits and the increased social media activity, Dewsbury Rams would like to be at the heart of it’s community.
“We would like to thank Pulse for their hard work and for the smooth running of the camp and we’d like to do something similar very soon.”
