Dewsbury Moor head coach James Delaney is expected to make his playing return within the next couple of weeks.

Delaney has been sidelined with an ACL injury that has kept him out of action for the season so far.

But the former Dewsbury Rams player recently received medical clearance to return to the field.

Moor have enjoyed a strong campaign in National Conference League Division Two so far this year and trail league leaders Stanningley by just two points.

And Delaney’s return will provide a welcome boost ahead of the latter stages of the campaign.

Moor have no league game this weekend, but they are back in action on Saturday 7th July, when Askam are their visitors.
