Dewsbury Celtic have hailed the selection of former player Alex Walmsley in the England squad for the Rugby League World Cup.
Walmsley played community Rugby League for Celtic, before joining Batley Bulldogs, and then making the step up to Super League with St Helens.
Speaking ahead of England’s opening fixture against Australia, the club said: “Tomorrow will see the first ever Dewsbury Celtic junior product reach full international honours.
“Everyone involved with the club would like to wish Alex Walmsley and the rest of the England squad all the best in the World Cup .
“We will all be cheering you on – green and white forever!”
